Before the internet..

There was nothing else to do...

So, we got more user submitted songs!

Before we get to the actual song, I do want to thank you, the submitters, for feeling comfortable enough stepping up to the plate and submitting your favorite songs. This is how we as a community of electronic music lovers, will continue to grow!

When you think of electronic music, what do you imagine?

Is it that bone crunching bass music? Or is it something far more calm?

Is it electronica, or is it bass?

Or is solely related to music created electronically?

Ask anyone what they think electronic music is, and I’m sure you’ll get varying answers.

Today’s song, encompasses what I believe to be a very stripped down “electronic” song. What I mean to say, is that at its core, its fundamentally electronic.

Today’s song sounds very technological. It sounds like computers, if that makes sense.

It sounds very archaic in the realm of electronic.

Now, this is isn’t a bad thing.

I mean archaic in its vibe.

It very much sounds of a bygone era, one that has (probably) gone by as fast as it came.

The vibe combined with the song name very much goes together.

In the age of analog equipment, when DAW’s were hardly even a thought.

There was a time before the internet. Nobody remembers it.
