Bonobo - Drift

Bonobo is one of these “hit or miss” artists for me. I can recognize that this guy has real love of the game. Every song is masterfully produced.

It’s mostly the rythms and such I have a problem with.

But so far, every song leading up to this new album has been AMAZING.

The audio system is going nuts over all the details you can find. There’s so much depth and care that you can spend hours listening to the songs and find something new on your 100th listen.

The melody is also addictive and loops perfectly on repeats.

THIS is an album to watch for.

💭 Quick Drivel

Nostalgia year has been in FULL swing. (Which I’ll write more about until 2026 is over)

And yet there are a lot of amazing albums coming out later in the year that keep it going.

And some other EPs and singles that I'd rather keep under wraps until they come out.

However, this time I’m breaking the rule of “expect nothing” since these are all masterwork-tier producers.

Only time will tell, but I’m very much looking forward to this.
