Have you ever been to Europe?
Could be anywhere..
Italy? Spain? England?
Maybe Croatia, or Austria?
Maybe even France (lol).
Point being, Europe is such a beautiful place rich with culture and some of the most stellar architecture I’ve seen. (Japan definitely takes the win on that imo.)
However, Europe still has some insanely detailed and old architecture. And they take pride in that.
When I visited the Netherlands back in 2017, it was my first time back in a LONG, LONG time. In the city center of Den Haag, the roads were brick. Outside of Amsterdam Central Station, it too was brick.
It all just seemed so cozy.
This was decently early on into my dive into the photography hobby, so excuse if the picture isn’t the greatest.
However, in the Netherlands, 's-Hertogenbosch (Den Bosch) specifically lies the Basilica Sint Jan.
Gorgeous gothic architecture, with a bell tower that chimes at every hour. Still maintained.
Idk what it is about Europe, but I miss it a lot.
Today’s song reminds me HEAVILY of Europe, and I just can’t seem to put a finger on why. I guess it just feels warm and cozy? I’m not sure.
