This Fridee has so many fantastic releases that choosing a song was nearly impossible.
On one hand, there’s the legendary return of British Creature group NERO after a 10-year hiatus.
Then we have American’t New Yorker Eagle Eyed Tiger coming in hot with a unique album with experimental sounds and concepts.
And that’s not including the other dozens of fantastic releases in the Fridee Buffet.
But after careful listening and deliberation…
TODAY’S SONG IS NOT FROM TODAY’S NEW RELEASES.
Because a song from LAST Fridee still lives rent free in my ears.
It’s better than most releases this week and I don’t say that lightly.
This is also an introduction to the Netherland Neanderthals faction. (Yes, every country is getting a mock name.)
Of course, if you’ve been here long enough, you’ll recognize the name.

This artist will change your perception of the future of electronic music.
While 2010-2014 was considered a golden age by many, I believe another one started in 2022.
There are many new faces, and old legends are coming back.
And while some old ones are crapping the bed, the fresh faces are bringing exciting and new sounds, pushing the already limitless boundaries.
IMANU is a prime example of this “new wave”. (I want to give them a cool name but “New Gen” sounds BORING. Maybe new trash?…)
Every song he’s released has that “Golden touch” in melody, sound design, and vibe.
If I were to start a watchlist - and I will - IMANU would be in the top 5.
He’s not “underground” by most standards, but his music is so good it’s malpractice not to send it.
This song is no different. The tempo and pads are addicting. There's a fantastic mix of atmosphere and heavy-hitting chords; it is a great experience.
