After 20 minutes smashing my head against the wall (a daily ritual) I finally find a good idea for an email.

The topic?

Daily Habits and how they are the most impactful decisions we make all day.

The biggest compounding force of the universe is time.

Repeat something enough times and you’ll have a certain outcome.

The best example I have of this is what you are reading right now.

Writing a simple email every day doesnt seem like much. Anyone can do this.

But with every email I increase my skill (by like 0.1% maybe), build a stronger connection to you reading it, and get to improve my thinking.

Yeah sometimes the habit is hard to do or the outcome is bad quality.

That’s okay. It happens (daily). I don’t beat myself over it because I get to do it again tomorrow.

Of course, starting an email list is hard. It took me months to start because I didn’t want to fight tech. I just wanted to send daily drivel to everyone that would listen.
