You likely make 35,000 decisions a day.

At least according to a random study that’s been pandered around.

Is that a wild number? I guess.

Doing some quick maths it comes out to 2,187.5 decisions per hour (on a 16 hour day)

I just have to wonder what the hell they consider a decision? An individual thought?

Seriously how in the world do you make 2,187.5 decisions per hour? That’s love of the game right there.

In any case, decision fatigue is a real thing.

There are too many options nowadays. It's like an endless buffet, but you're still getting food despite being full 5 hours ago.

Music gotta be 25% of those decisions though.

There are way too many options to choose from and another 200 are coming out A DAY.

Sure, most of the time you have an “idea” of what you want to listen to.

But on those days where not even the Sloptify generated playlists are hitting and your brain fiends for silly sounds?

That’s what I spend at least 200 of my daily decisions on.

Both on an email topic and a song that is worth your time.

And in many ways that’s what you signed up for.

To outsource this “what should I listen to now” decision to a simple click.

Sure, the song may not always be a hit. But at least we saved you the decision to look for it.

That doesn’t apply to this season though.

Because there’s going to be nothing but FIRE for the next 24 days.

And you know what that means!

Okay, I gotta say. This one is a decision you won’t regret taking.

And that’s because inside is…

There are times where songs come up that instantly blow you away and get you hooked for hours.

This is one of those songs.

What makes it so special?

The sounds. This sounds like entering a cyber world and then instantly being thrown into a nightclub.

Yes. This one has a stronger “club sound” which will appease you club goers.

If you thought the energy yesterday was good? Today will double down and make it more exciting.

In the spirit of today’s topic I’m not going to justify or scare you away from the decision.

I have a pretty strong track record (considering you are still here) so you already have a hunch that I am likely right.

So now the decision lies in your hands.

P.S. I tried counting the “decisions” for writing this email. It took about 1,000 (I stopped counting after hitting 50 in the first minute). Of course a huge chunk of it went in the word selection, typing and the 10 times I left the desk and came back. This is a very interesting concept.
