So… after 37 hours…
We actually made it?
Now don’t tell Hyperoxia, but to be honest with you, nothing feels real.
I don’t know if it’s the sleep deprivation or the full-blown denialism…
But I still refuse to believe we are in Japan and will spend the next 2 weeks here.
It’ll probably be one of those moments when awareness strikes and causes a panic attack.
Until then, my Japan review so far (Based on the airport and the trip from the airport to AirBnb) is…
THIS PLACE IS TOO HOT. PROBABLY THE SAME LEVEL AS FLORIDA.
Other than that, it looks nice and organized. The sprawling industrial zone by the airport was a blast to see on the ride to this shoebox Airbnb.
As for today’s song… Let’s keep the AgonyOST vibes going (It’s all that’s been played in the past 37 hours)
This one played right as the plane was descending on the city.
To begin with, Madness at Sea - accurate, considering we just came off a 10-hour flight mostly hovering over the ocean. Let’s just say being 6’2 in economy mode isn’t it - goes hard as a song name. Void enamour is also a fantastic song name.
This one has a very fun and relaxed vibe; it fits well and will forever trigger memories of landing down in Japan and seeing the island and the city while descending.
It’s a very crazy experience and a very unreal one.
