It’s wage cage rush hour.
As I give out packages like it’s christmas, a “peculiar” resident waddles up to me.
He patiently waits and stares at me while I give out the last packages to some compulsive buyer.
Once the compulsive buyer goes away with 15 packages, the “Peculiar” resident greets me, looks deep into my soul, and says:
“I just wanted to apologize for calling you a lazy bum.”
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
“No worries sir!” I say holding back laughter “I don’t really know what you’re talking about, so no offense taken”
“Please accept my deepest apologies.” He continues with a remorseful face ”that was rude and out of place.”
“Of course, no worries.” I respond, fully accepting his.. apology for… whatever he’s talking about.
He then gave me a handshake and waddled off.
Now I don’t even REMEMBER him calling me a lazy bum in the first place…
But I don’t blame him.
All he sees is this guy sitting on his ass for 8 hours, tapping away at a computer like some crazed maniac.
So maybe I have to do a better job at hiding my “side hustle at work”
But until then, here’s today’s song.
It’s by no means lazy, in fact I daresay it will AWAKEN you from a lazy state.
