What it is however, is ENJOYABLE.

And that will keep it going for a long time. Which will increase your chances of success.

It all goes back to behavior and how rewarding actions get repeated.

Just like hearing an amazing song makes it more likely you’ll hear it again and not skip it when it comes on.
