I’m sitting at the wage cage front desk, pondering on yesterday’s ABYSMAL mistake.
The morning residents greet me as they come back from their early walks.
One of them is a 6’5 titan of a man who always walks his gorgeous black labrador.
He says good morning and opens the goes through the checkpoint door.
Once he’s on the other side… Crazed barks erupt from the lobby area…
As the barks get closer, I see…
…Wait…
Has this happened before?…
There’s no way it’s the same…
SUBWAY SANDWICH-SIZED WHITE MALTESE BARKING LIKE CRAZY IN THE SAME OLD LADY’S ARMS.
“Yeah. This confirms my dog IS racist…” She says to me, then looks down at her bigoted creature. “Always barking at the black dogs. You’re a Karen you know that?”
The dog looks up at her with an angry face and barks.
…Was that a “yes”?
“I… see…” I reply.
“Oh well, 11?” she says as she walks out. “See you later!”
“Bye!” I say, holding my laughter once again.
Now, I don’t know about you, but that helped me distract from the SHAMEFUL event that happened yesterday.
As such, I’ve done a TRIPLE CHECK to make sure today’s song is linked.
And good riddance because this is one you DON’T want to miss.
