🍱 Delicacy of the Day
Shroomyland - Heartbreak
This was inspired by today’s drivel.
This song matches the melancholic feeling you get when thinking about past relationships.
Time is one hell of a healer. Given a long time, the rose-tinted glasses come off. Letting you see the relationship in a different light.
And what remains is (hopefully) gratitude for the experience and lessons.
After all, everything happens for a reason.
Njoy.
💭 Quick Drivel
I live in under an electronic music rock.
However, drips of other genres creep in through the cracks.
And an interesting pattern I saw this year is:
ALBUMS ABOUT LOVE AND HEARTBREAK
The late Oliver Tree (who I have a lot of positive things to say about) with Love You Madly Hate You Badly
Olivia Rodrigo (I did NOT hear this one but saw it announced in apple music while collecting links)
And now Missio's Love & Heartbreak
It may be a whole lotta nothing, but it seems that the lyrical fellas out there have been going through rough spots.
This trend ain’t got nothing on Nostalgia Year though.
But it’s another thing to watch out for. They may be connected.
📡 Signal
I wasn’t able to find “heartbreak related info” today…
So instead, let’s change topics and see how “selling out” became popular, encouraged, and out of control.
