Yesterday, Hz sent out an email that pretty much encompasses some of the gripes I’ve heard people having with electronic music.

Here’s a quick recap…
People think its soulless, or without lyrics its boring. There’s no depth; its monotonous.
Whereas in fact its quite the opposite of all this. Its due to the fact that electronic music is able to encompass a wide range of emotions with little to no lyrics at all.
The depth in which it is capable of. There’s a genre for every emotion in the book, for every time of day, on any day of the week. It’s just, all out there.
It has soul, it has heart, it has depth.
Music with no words will make you tear up purely because of the ride it takes you on.
This is something AI will NOT be able to recreate properly because it lacks one vital thing that makes us all human; emotion.
It is because the artists pour their soul and heart into making each and everyone of these tracks, regardless of the genre. It encompasses an emotion within us all.
To us here at Dumpster Delicacies, despite us feeling like we’re in the minority, we truly believe that this is the greatest form of music; the GREATEST form of art to have ever graced us.
Electronic music is the future.
And with that, I want to showcase a genre that to me, is the quintessential genre for emotion. Its a journey, and it will take you to places you only dreamed of.
This genre holds a very special place in my heart, and I will forever be indebted to the people who have pushed this sound.
As with the song Hz sent yesterday, this one has no lyrics.
Just to further prove that music doesn’t need lyrics to have soul. It doesn’t need lyrics to take you on a journey. And it certainly doesn’t need lyrics to make you tear up.
This is, emotion in its most beautiful form.
