While it may just be an illusion from our perspective, you can’t deny the beauty that is a sunset and sunrise.
It’s breathtaking to say the least…
Yet, I’m left with a beautiful feeling of insignificance.
I mean how truly special is it, that our planet, our solar system, our galaxy, operates that way that it does to such a perfectly minute detail.
It’s easy to forget that the sun that gives us life is also very easily capable of wiping it out in a matter of seconds.
It seems so within reach, but well out of bounds in reality.
You realize the grander scale in which we are a part of and realize just how insignificant you are in the grand scheme of things.
But it’s okay, because every day you breath. You see the sun and the moon, the clouds and the stars. You hear the wind as it howls through the trees, and feel the rain as it caresses your skin.
Despite it all, you find the significance in the insignificant.
