"Your email should come with a warning"

The _____ Effect.

A Diver -Not sure he wants to be named- writes in after getting his first taste of Audible Gold:

“Holy moly. What is Eckle? Your email should come with a warning that you’ll feel inadequate having lived for years ignorant of these masterpieces! Could my life have taken a different path if I’d know this music existed? Would I walk with a little more pep, more swagger, more lust for life? It’s possible. I guess I’ll just try pick up the pieces and move forward. Thank you kind writer.”

First off, you are welcome!

Second, this is EXACTLY how it feels to experience Ekcle for the first time. I (just now) call it the Ekcle Effect.

It is genuinely a crime that they ended the project and went their separate ways; maybe it was for the best. They had to give other artists a chance to thrive.

Third, could your life take a different path by discovering new fantastic music?

Yes. It certainly did for me.

Music has helped build relationships, projects, and memories that would otherwise not exist.

Back to Ekcle tho. After they redid the collapse of the Roman Empire broke off the project one half became John Gotham (who dropped a fantastic single, and dipped)…

And the second half became Tutara Peak, who’s been constantly releasing PEAK music.

Granted, he’s gone down the “I wanna do rock/indie/vocal songs” route many electronic music artists have fallen into but it’s still GOOD. He was clearly behind the instruments and melodies back when the project was together.

So while it’s impossible to get that Ekcle magic again, this is as close as it will ever get.

He’s got an EP coming out, but here’s his most recent song.

This one is… peculiar. It’s teetering in the edge of rock due to the sheer amount of guitars used on it.

But the speed and the tiny synths used in the background give it a SLIGHT qualification.

Even then, it’s still a great song. Fast, fun, clean, and energetic. Perfect for what some people describe “the midweek slump.”

By the way is that a real thing? The year has been going too fast to notice, lol.

And hey, this may be the song that helps change your life :).
(No promises tho)

Njoy

Genre: Peak

Always waiting for Ekcle to come back Forward
