Youth 83 is yet another British Creature taking over the Sunday Singles. They are still the dominating faction, but with such incredible sounds coming out of this Dark Island, I don’t expect it to change anytime soon.
He specializes in nostalgic melodies with a beautiful synthwave sound. His songs are nothing short of magical. The only problem is that they’re very situational, lol.
The Great
That intro is GORGEOUS. It grabs you by the ears and gets you hooked. The sound is clean, the short melody is instantly addicting, and it’s one of those you can keep repeating and not get tired of.
The rest of the song is full of different sounds, ambiguous vocals, and unmatched aura.
This is what a car ride at 2:00 AM sounds like.
The one gripe with it.
The vocals are… odd.
I see the vibe he was going for but it just… doesn’t really land. Especially after the random eagle sounds sprinkled around the song, lol.
Wrappin it up
This is a fantastic synthwave song to decorate nights. It’s also eligible to make it into night drive playlists.
As always, it’s best if you listen and find out for yourself.

This is another one by Youth 83. It is from his fantastic Progress Way album. The flute-like sounds in this song are addicting. If you liked Into Dust’s melody, you’ll also love this one.
