Happy New Years (again)
With every new year comes two things which you are getting today.
1. The artists to watch in 2025.
2. Pulling out the cracked crystal ball and doing some release predictions…
Let's start with 2:
#1. A new IMANU Album. (come on. were you really expecting something else?
#2. A new Xilent release (Everytime he releases dubstep advances 10 years)
#3. A new Joyryrde release (LOL)
#4. Space Laces EP (LMAO)
#5. Hivemind Release (Lol, lmao too)
#6 Knock 2 Album (Bro baited with that 2024 release date)
#7 The return of electro house. (We all have our copium)
#8 BRONSON 2 (Both Golden Feautures and Odezsa released something recently. I think they have got to bring this back.)
#9 Riddim loses popularity (After 9 years of slop it’s time to call it)
#10 Future bass makes a comeback (I rather have this than riddim lol)
#11 The Caracal Project album (Another innovative artist which could shake things up)
#12 No Mana EP (Throwing this one out in case it happens)
#13 Dawn Wall EP (Sigh)
#14 Mohican Sun EP (Double sigh)
#15 Camo & Krooked Album (It’s been 8 years since mosaik. More Peak please.)
#16 EDDIE goes back to making house (He converted into riddim and it’s just not that good)
#17 Skrillex extends the Golden Age by another 3 years with a release (Self explanatory)
#18 A non-OST danger album (Impossible)
#20 The return on Memtrix (please)
#21 TWO AgonyOST EPs (Gonna need them this year)
#22 ALRT album. (Need me sum speed and joyryde ain’t delivering)
#23 Ekcle Comes back (THIS ONE is pure copium)
#24 Artists stop doing this tacky thing of slowing and speeding up songs to get picked up by tiktok algorithm (One can dream)
#25 Hyperoxia releases a song. (This is not a meme)
Whew, that was honestly tougher than expected.
But that’s not all. With every year people love to put watch alerts of artists as if they were mere experiments to be observed…
So we did our own!
Now I was hoping that one of those releases happened today but…
Yeah no.
There were almost no notable releases today. There is no blame there; it seems like the whole world stopped for a single day.
So here’s a mystery song. There are no hints or explanations about what it could be other than “it’s really good.”
But come on. You already knew that.
